About the Role
As a school-based Occupational Therapist in Seattle, WA, you will:

Assess and support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative OT services across various school settings
-
Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
-
Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
-
Promote student independence and functional success in academic environments
Qualifications

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active or pending Washington OT license
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills
